An April 2020 update from Dermagic's director: the office is staffed, all orders are shipping daily, and the team has taken precautionary measures.

A note from Alex Shipley, Director of Dermagic, on how we kept the business running and our customers cared for during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Open for business

On behalf of all of us here at Dermagic, thank you for your continued trust in us to care for your dogs’ needs.

We are open and operating as normal. The office is staffed between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday, and we are answering all calls as usual. Urgent emails and calls outside office hours will still be answered — we know weekends sometimes bring fitting questions, and we can’t leave injured dogs waiting.

Shipping

All orders are being processed and dispatched daily. We cannot guarantee that your local postal service will deliver on time given current pressures, but we are hopeful that any delays on the expected delivery date will be short.

Steps we’ve taken

The Dermagic team is monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation closely, following guidance from our country’s administration and from leading organisations including the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO).

As a result, we have put the following in place at our premises:

  • We are practising social distancing
  • Some of our employees are working from home
  • We are implementing deep cleaning across the organisation
  • All in-house fittings are cancelled until further notice

Looking after each other

The safety and care of our employees and our customers is a high priority. Even with these precautionary measures in place, Dermagic is open and operating as normal at this time. Should conditions warrant any change to our operations, we will keep you informed via our website and social media.
